Round Diffuser

Round diffusers are manufactured using high quality aluminum panels. The concentric inner core is rigidly fastened to the frame of the circular diffuser, creating a horizontal air pattern. Round diffusers are also available with removable cores for easy access and maintenance of the ductwork. Round diffusers are typically installed in the ceiling or on exposed ductwork using round ducts for supply and return air HVAC applications.
Round diffusers are available with black powder coated butterfly dampers for supply air applications. The damper can be operated from the face of the round diffuser with a screwdriver or a simple hook as shown below.
Round diffusers are also available with adjustable cores to handle large air supply volumes. Adjustable round diffusers are available in aluminum and steel construction. Other types of ceiling diffusers such as square and rectangular diffusers, linear slot diffusers, perforated diffusers, jet diffusers and light slot diffusers are also manufactured for a variety of HVAC applications.

Features

The round diffuser frame and cone are made of high quality aluminum sheet.
The inner cone is firmly fixed to the frame. [Removable core]
The standard butterfly damper in the supply diffuser can be easily adjusted by means of a screwdriver or a simple hook through the face of the unit.
The damper is secured to the frame by rivets.
Foam gaskets are sealed on the back of the frame as an option to avoid air leakage.
Diffusers can be used for ceiling or exposed duct installations and have a fixed horizontal air pattern.
